The National Weather Service has issued a high wind watch for more than 30 counties across North Carolina, including Wake, Durham and Orange, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday. The Tour de Cure is a cycling event that benefits the American Diabetes Association. The Tour de Cure North Carolina (June 5 - 6) will offer multiple route options to include a Family Fun Ride, Triangle Area Ride, Sandhills Fun and Area Rides, Sandhills Challenge Ride and Sandhills Extreme Ride.
